This very nice portion of HOLIDAY HOUSE has got a panoramic lake view on the Lake Lugano, it is located in a silent, reserved place, has a small private garden, and it is a part of a nice residence with swimming pool and wide green areas.
The holiday home has 3 floors: at the ground floor you have the small garden and you have to go upstairs to the balcony to enter the house.
Then you have the first floor, where you find the beautiful sitting room, a comfortable kitchen, the bathroom with shower and tube, the nice terrace (4 x 2 m2) to dinner out, with its panoramic lake view.
The terrace is equipped with a folding wood table and 6 folding chairs. At the upper floor (mansard) there are 2 double rooms (one bed 160 x 190 cm and in the other room 140 x 200 cm) and 1 bathroom.
Inside the house you can find at your disposal: washing machine, microwaves, refrigerator, freezer, rings, broom electrical worker.
This holiday accommodation is part of a nice residence, which shares a SWIMMING POOL and the swimming pool entrance is at just 10 meters from the flat! It is open between June and September.

just 10 minutes walk to the beautiful promenade of Lake of Lugano Italian side, 2 kms to the frontier Italy-Switzerland, 12 kms to Lake Maggiore and to Lugano city in Switzerland, 8 kms to small Lake of Ghirla, 30 kms to Lake of Como, 8 to 35 kms to reach several ski runs.
Even if this residence is in the suburb of the town, the best restaurant&pizzeria of the town is just 2 minutes walk, as well as a very fashion and nice pub. The nearest supermarket is 1 km far from the house.
The holiday house is avalable for your holiday vacation in any season and also for short periods and weekends.
