Lavena Ponte Tresa is een prachtig dorp in het noorden van Italie, in het groene gebied waar alle bekende meren liggen.
Als je op zoek bent naar een vakantiehuis in het merengebied, dan heeft dit huisje de perfecte ligging!
Deze vakantiewoning heeft een panoramisch uitzicht op het meer van Lugano. Het is heel rustig gelegen, heerlijk voor rustzoekers, want het heeft een kleine prive-tuin. Onderdeel van een residentie met zwembad.
Het huis heeft 3 verdiepingen. Op de begane grond geniet je ook nog eens van een heerlijke tuin (35 vierkante meter).
Op de begane grond vind je een mooie woonkamer, een comfortabele keuken, een badkamer met douche en een heerlijk terras (4 x 2 m2) Elke avond buiten eten met uitzicht op het meer!
Het terras heeft een fijne houten tafel en stoelen.
De bovenste verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers, een met een bed van 160 x 190 cm en de ander met een bed van 140 x 200 cm. Hier is ook nog een badkamer.
Bij deze accomodatie, dat onderdeel is van een residentie, kun je gebruik maken van het zwembad.
De ingang van het zwembad is bijna voor de deur! En het bad is open van begin juni tot ongeveer 10 september.
De ligging van het vakantiehuis is erg gunstig voor wandelen, het maken van tochten, fietsen. Het hele meren-gebied is van hieruit heel makkelijk te bezoeken.
En slechts 10 minuten lopen tot de meer van Lugano.

Bezoek ook de grootste markt van noord-Italie in Luino, natuurliefhebbers halen hun hart op in het vallei van Verzasca and vallei van Maggia.
De residentie ligt in het buitengebied van het dorpje, in een heel rustige en groene omgeving. Het beste restaurant en pizzeria in slechts 2 minuten lopen, net als het gezellige cafe’tje.
Het vakantiehuis is geschikt voor elke seizoen (dus ook in de winter) en ook voor kortere verblijven of weekenden.
Prijs per week in het laagseizoen: 600 euro (tot begin juni en van september t/m november).
Prijs per week in het hoogseizoen: 1000 euro (juni, juli augustus).
De prijzen zijn inclusief water, elektriciteit, gas, lakens en handdoeken.
Het huis moet schoon en netjes worden achtergelaten, met name de keuken.
Anders komt er 50 € bij voor de eindschoonmaak.
Van 4 juni tot 18 september, aankomst en vertrek alleen op zaterdagochtend.
LET OP! De eigenaresse spreekt GEEN NL, maar wel heel goed Engels!! (en Italiaans natuurlijk)

This very nice portion of HOLIDAY HOUSE has got a panoramic lake view on the Lake Lugano, it is located in a silent, reserved place, has a small private garden,
and it is a part of a nice residence with swimming pool and wide green.
The holiday home has 3 floors:
at the ground floor you have the small garden (35 sq. meters) and you have to go upstairs to the balcony to enter the house.
So you have the first floor, where you find the beautiful living room, a comfortable kitchen, the bathroom with shower and the nice terrace (4 x 2 m2) to dinner out, with its panoramic lake view.
The terrace is equipped with a folding wood table and chairs.
At the upper floor (mansard) there are 2 double rooms
(one bed 160 x 190 cm and in the other room 140 x 200 cm) and 1 bathroom.
This holiday accommodation is part of a nice residence, which shares a SWIMMING POOL
and the swimming pool entrance is at just 10 meters from the flat! It is open between beginning June and around 10th September.
The holidays house is located in a VERY STRATEGIC POSITION for walking, trekking and bike itineraries and visit the Italian lakes district:

The "residence" is in the suburb of the town, in a very quite and green place, but the best restaurant&pizzeria of the town is just 2 minutes walk, as well as a very fashion pub.
The holiday house is avalable for your holiday vacations in any season and also for short periods and weekends.
The prices include water, electricity, gas, sheets and towels.
The house must be left clean and tidy, especially the kitchen area.
If they don't, we will charge 50 € for final cleaning.
From 4th of June to 18th of September, arrival and departure accepted just on Saturday morning.
ATTENTION PLEASE: The owners cannot speak Dutch, they can speak Italian and English.
