Annuleringsbeleid:
1. Reservering en betaling

Upon reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk 30 dagen vóór aankomst te zijn voldaan.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
2. Annulering door huurder
Annuleringen dienen schriftelijk te worden doorgegeven.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum wordt de aanbetaling terugbetaald, verminderd met administratiekosten (50 euro).
If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus administrative costs (50 euro).
Bij annulering tussen 60 en 30 dagen vóór aankomst vervalt de aanbetaling.
If cancellation occurs between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
Bij annulering binnen 30 dagen vóór aankomst is 100% van de huursom verschuldigd.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due.
3. No-show en voortijdig vertrek
Bij niet verschijnen (no-show) of voortijdig vertrek vindt geen restitutie plaats.
In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be granted.
